Framefile Wizard is a great video tool which can be used to divide your *.m2v and *.m1v files in frames.
Framefile Wizard provides 2 interface languages : English and Italiano.
You can select the source directory which contains the video files and then you have to indicate the m2v or m1v files from the source directory.
Finally, you will be able to save your framefile to desired location.
